Hey, if you're bored of doing what you're doing then here's something to waste your time!

PIC-O-SKETCH  is the brand new app that lets you draw in one continuous line and doesn't let you erase what you've done - unless you erase the whole thing!

This is a life lesson where you must either tear down everything you've worked towards, or learn to live with your mistakes!

And it has 5 different colour schemes!!!

"Phew, I'm sure glad that this isn't infringing on any other existing products or brands trademarks" - Bobu, 2021

--Dev notes--

When I started trying out pico-8 last year, @andrewedstrom pointed out that what I was doing looked like an etch-a-sketch - so I made this.

That's the story, the end.

17 June 2021 - Updated to v1.2
- Added white marker so you can see where you're drawing from if you stop moving.
- Radius increased for thicker lines

Hello Bobu,

My name is Antonia Gates, I manage the games at CoolmathGames.com. I really enjoyed playing PIC-O-SKETCH! I think it would be a great fit on our site.

I'm writing to ask if the game is available for non-exclusive licensing. Our licenses are totally non-exclusive, so you would maintain all of the IP rights and could continue to develop and distribute the game however you'd like to.

Please let me know if it is available, and how much it would cost. I'm looking forward to discussing this with you soon!

Best regards,

Antonia Gates

PicoCAD eat your heart out. What a great way to embrace the mistakes! Only feature I'd like to see - make the cursor white when it's on black like the original etch-a-sketch. When the shading gets complicated one can lose their cursor!

Another beautiful drawing! This is a very very good point, I'll have a look into changing it!
